Privacy notice

Who we are

HMC Financing Corp. keeps this website. The office is in Tandoc, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines. HMC Financing Corp. is separate from ODO / Owner Direct. ODO receives your details only if you tick the optional box.

Privacy contact: Edgardo Castro, owner of HMC Financing Corp., at the Tandoc office. This site has no public email address yet. You can visit the office, or ask us to use the mobile number you placed on the list.

What we collect

On the waitlist form, and only if you send it:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email, if you type one
• Whether the vehicle is a motor or 4-wheels
• The date you ticked the consent box, and this notice’s version
• Whether you also ticked the optional ODO sharing box

We also keep a short hash of the network address, not the address itself, so we can slow down repeated junk submissions. We do not ask for an OR, a CR, a government ID, a photo, your income, or your home address on this website.

Why

We use the list to tell you if sangla may open, which we hope will be around January 2027, and only after HMC Financing Corp. has an SEC Certificate of Authority. Joining is not a loan application. The legal basis is your consent. The box is empty until you tick it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell the list. The website host and the database host store it so the page can run. Staff who can open the admin page can read the list.

ODO / Owner Direct does not receive the list unless you tick the separate optional box. That box covers your name, mobile, email if you gave one, and vehicle type, so ODO can talk to you about displaying or selling the vehicle. It is not a loan, and it is not required to join the list. HMC and ODO keep separate records. If you leave the box empty, we do not send the entry to ODO. If you later untick it, we stop new sharing. Ask at the Tandoc office if you want a copy already sent to ODO deleted there too.

How long

We keep an entry until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months from the day you joined, whichever comes first. Then we delete it. Say so at the Tandoc office, and name the mobile number on the entry.

Your rights

You may ask HMC Financing Corp. to:

• Show you the entry we hold
• Correct a name, mobile, email, or vehicle type
• Delete the entry
• Stop using it to message you

You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). We do not use this list to make an automated decision about a loan.

Children

The list is for adults who may later ask about their own vehicle. Do not submit a child’s details.
